Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our hampers are perishable, cancellations or changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be altered.
Shipping & Delivery
What delivery options do you offer?

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

For larger or bulk orders, we may use other trusted couriers. (DPD, Evri)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International or courier partners. Delivery times vary by country, usually 5–15 working days.
Will my recipient need to pay customs fees?

UK orders: No customs fees.

EU and worldwide orders: Some countries charge import VAT or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
Allergens & Ingredients
Do your hampers contain allergens?
Yes. Our chocolate products may contain milk, soy, nuts, peanuts, gluten, and eggs.
Are your hampers safe for people with allergies?
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens. All customers are responsible for checking product labels and allergen information before consuming.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a hamper?
Because our products are perishable, we can only accept returns if your hamper arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What about non-food items?
Non-perishable branded items (such as mugs or accessories) can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Wikidgift@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (as available at checkout).
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.
