Wikid Gifts Return & Refund Policy
At Wikid Gifts, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, delicious chocolate hampers that bring joy to your special moments. While we hope you’ll love your purchase, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Perishable Products (Chocolate Hampers)
Because our hampers contain perishable food items, we generally cannot accept returns once the hamper has been dispatched and delivered, except in the following cases:

The hamper arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong product

The items are unsafe to consume (e.g., melted, spoiled, or compromised packaging)
If you experience any of the above, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise & Accessories)
For branded merchandise (e.g., mugs, packaging extras, or accessories) that do not contain food:

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs (except for defective items) are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In cases where a replacement is sent, no additional shipping fees will apply.

If only part of your hamper is damaged, we may offer a partial refund or credit instead of requiring a full return.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared and shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.
5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to check product descriptions for allergens before purchasing. While we make every effort to provide accurate information, we cannot accept returns or refunds for allergic reactions or dietary incompatibility once a product has been consumed.
6. Delivery Issues

If your hamper is delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to courier error, we’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

If you provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

8. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
