At Wikid Gifts, we aim to deliver your chocolate hampers quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are dispatched, delivery options available, and what to expect when ordering from us.
1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer subject to demand. We will try our very best to ensure your deliveries are on time, but remember this is a small business and we are more vulnerable to large surges in demand, respectively to processing times.

2. UK Shipping Options
We currently offer the following domestic delivery methods:

Royal Mail 48 (Tracked): Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 24 (Tracked Express): Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
📦 For larger or bulk orders, we may ship via alternative trusted couriers (e.g., DPD, UPS, Parcelforce) to ensure timely and safe delivery. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked or other reputable couriers, depending on destination, weight, and size.

Delivery times: Typically 5–15 working days, but may vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Restrictions: Some countries restrict the import of food products. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local regulations before ordering. Wikid Gifts cannot accept liability for items refused or destroyed by customs.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Promotional free shipping offers (if available) will be applied automatically at checkout when conditions are met.
5. Delivery Issues

Once handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel is lost or severely delayed, please contact us at WIkidgift@gmail.com and we will assist in tracking and, where appropriate, replacing your order.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided at checkout, we cannot guarantee redelivery or refunds.
6. Warm Weather Disclaimer
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warm weather, we will take reasonable precautions with packaging, but we cannot accept liability for products affected by heat once dispatched.
